Partner programme
Terms for agencies
The rules of the RevuKit partner programme, in plain English. Last updated 23 October 2026.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between F McNulty Ltd, the company that runs RevuKit (“we”, “us”), and the agency that joins the partner programme (“you”). By joining, you accept them for your agency and confirm you’re allowed to.
They sit alongside the main RevuKit terms and conditions. If the two conflict on anything to do with the partner programme, these terms apply.
Joining
- Agencies join at revukit.com/agencies and get a partner code straight away. Joining is free, and there are no targets or minimums.
- One partner code per agency.
- We email you at the address you joined with, and changes to these terms are sent there too. Keep it up to date.
- Before your first payout we do a one-time check of your account. We may ask for proof of who you are, your business details, and a bank account in your or your business’s name, and we can hold payouts until we have them. We can decline a partner at this point.
How clients are linked to you
- Give each client their own RevuKit account, with its own email address. Never reuse an email address across clients.
- Enter your partner code in the “Agency partner code” box when you check out that client’s Pro or Enterprise plan, or use your checkout link, which fills it in for you.
- Codes must be entered at checkout. Subscriptions that already exist can’t be linked to you afterwards, except by us at our discretion, for example to fix a typo.
- A client stays linked to the partner whose code was used. Only we can change it.
- When you set up an account for a client, you confirm you have their permission to do so, to give us their details, and to accept the RevuKit terms on their behalf.
What you earn
You earn 30% of every payment on each subscription linked to you, excluding tax, for as long as the client keeps paying. There’s no time limit and no cap. At current prices that’s £2.10 or $2.70 a month for each Pro client, and £7.50 or $9.00 for each Enterprise client, depending on the currency the client pays in.
It doesn’t matter who pays. Your client can pay on their own card, or you can pay and bill them yourself. Whoever pays is charged the normal price.
If a client moves between Pro and Enterprise, they stay linked to you and you earn 30% of what they actually pay, including any discount or part-month charge.
Your rate grows with your paying clients: 35% once 30 subscriptions linked to you are paying (not on a free trial or cancelled), and 40% from 50. The higher rate applies to every payment made while you’re at that level, on all your linked clients. If paying clients fall below a level, payments after that earn the rate for the level you’re at. Tiers never lower a rate we’ve agreed with you for a client.
What doesn’t earn
- Free trials and failed payments.
- Payments that are refunded or disputed (see “Refunds and disputes” below).
- Using your code on a plan for yourself. That means your own or your agency’s RevuKit account, plans for websites or businesses you, your staff or your family own or run, and plans set up just to earn commission on your own payments. Your code is for genuine clients, not a way to get 30% off your own plan. (Paying for a real client’s plan yourself is fine and still earns.) If we think a subscription is one of these, we’ll tell you why, and we decide.
- A subscription that replaces a RevuKit subscription the same business or website had in the previous 12 months, unless we agree. This stops existing customers being moved onto a partner code.
- Anything gained through misleading clients, fake accounts, or using someone else’s card without permission.
Promoting RevuKit
You can tell people you’re a RevuKit partner and describe RevuKit accurately. You must not:
- bid on “RevuKit” or close variations of it in search or social ads;
- post your partner code on coupon, voucher, deal or cashback sites, or anywhere it can be used by people who aren’t your clients;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages that mention RevuKit;
- present yourself as RevuKit, or suggest we endorse your agency beyond being a partner;
- make promises or claims about RevuKit that we don’t make ourselves.
We may ask you to change or remove anything that mentions RevuKit, and you agree to do so promptly.
Introductions
Businesses can ask us to introduce them to an agency. We choose whether and to whom we pass a request, and we don’t promise any partner introductions.
A business we introduce to you is your own client: we don’t guarantee any work, and we take no part in the agreement between you.
Getting paid
- Commission becomes payable 30 days after each payment, so refunds and disputes can settle first.
- Your partner dashboard shows your clients and earnings at any time. When a payout is due, we email you a statement.
- You earn in the currency each client pays: pounds for UK clients, dollars for others. We pay each currency separately and never convert between them.
- Once your payable balance in a currency reaches £50 or $50, send us an invoice for that amount with your bank details. We pay valid invoices by bank transfer within 30 days. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
- You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn, including adding VAT to your invoice if you’re registered for it, and for any bank or transfer fees on your side.
- If we can’t legally or practically pay you where you are, we’ll tell you and work out another way with you. Until then the balance stays yours.
Refunds and disputes
If a payment is refunded or disputed within 120 days, we reverse its commission. If that commission is still on hold or unpaid, we simply remove it. If we’ve already paid it, we take it off your next payout.
If no payout is likely in the next 6 months, for example because you’ve left the programme, we may ask you to repay it within 30 days. We never reverse commission for refunds or disputes more than 120 days after the payment.
Our records and questions
Commission is worked out from our records and Stripe’s. If you think a payment or a client is missing or wrong, tell us within 60 days of the payment, or of when the client signed up. We’ll look into it in good faith and correct genuine mistakes, whichever way they go.
Your clients
You are responsible for your relationship with your clients, including any fees you charge them and telling them what you need to. You may tell clients that you earn a commission from RevuKit.
Each client account is subject to the main RevuKit terms. If a client asks us for control of their own account, we may give it to them once we’ve checked it’s their business. They stay linked to you unless their subscription is replaced.
Disagreements between you and a client are between the two of you. We’re not part of them, but we’ll help where we reasonably can.
Unclaimed balances
If a payable balance stays unclaimed for 12 months after we’ve emailed you that it’s due (for example, no invoice and no reply), it lapses. We’ll email you at least 30 days before it does.
Changes to the programme
We may change the rate or these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Subscriptions already linked to you keep the rate they had. If you don’t agree with a change, you can leave before it takes effect.
We may close the programme to new partners or new client links with 30 days’ notice. Clients already linked to you keep earning you commission on the terms they were linked under.
Leaving, suspension and removal
- You can leave at any time by emailing us. Clients already linked to you keep earning you commission for as long as they pay, and payouts carry on as usual.
- If you’d rather close your partner account completely, tell us. We stop commission on your linked clients, and pay your payable balance in each currency whatever its size, once you send an invoice.
- We can end your place in the programme for any reason with 30 days’ notice. Clients already linked to you keep earning you commission, as above.
- If you break these terms, we can suspend you while we look into it. While suspended, new clients don’t link to you and payouts are held. We’ll tell you why.
- If you’ve broken these terms seriously, for example through fraud, fake accounts, spam or abuse of your own-site rules, we can remove you straight away. Commission from that activity is cancelled. For fraud or deliberate abuse, we can also stop all future commission and withhold unpaid balances connected to it.
Liability
We work hard to record every payment, but we can’t promise the programme will always run without interruption, or that you’ll earn any particular amount.
Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits beyond commission due under these terms. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud.
The legal bits
- Joining the programme doesn’t make you our employee, agent or partner in a legal sense, and you can’t act or make commitments on our behalf. Either of us may work with others.
- You can’t transfer your partner account or code to someone else without our agreement, for example if you sell your agency. We may transfer these terms to whoever takes over the RevuKit business.
- If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- Parts of these terms that are meant to last after you leave, such as payment, refunds, records and liability, continue to apply.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
