How does the 7-day trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial when you check out. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.
What counts as a view?
Each time your feed loads on your published site. Loading it in the Framer editor or the plugin, or previewing it in the embed builder, doesn’t count.
What happens if I use all my views?
The feed pauses until your views reset on the 1st of the month. We email you at 80% and 100%, and upgrading brings the feed back on the next page load.
Can I upgrade or cancel?
Yes, from your account page. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Which websites can I use my feed on?
Yes. One account covers website embed code and the Framer plugin, with shared profiles and monthly views. You can publish several embeds of a profile without using another profile connection.
How do I sign in after I pay?
Sign in to the embed builder with your email. Your plan is already linked to your account. The Framer plugin uses the Premium ID from your confirmation page or email.
Do I need to sign in to Instagram?
No. You connect a public profile by its handle or URL. Private profiles are not supported.
